Opening a dreaming state is an adventure; it is creative, full of surprises, revelations, and play. Dream work reveals the needed conversations deep in our psyche that invite us to greater inclusion and integration of hidden, forbidden and not yet-known aspects of our deeper self. The colors of our heartfelt dreams/desires blossom into our unfolding life.

Event Format

We sensuously embody and move the images, energies and characters that were delivered during sleep. Using a somatic approach, we tend the nuances of images and sensations, and arrive at an existential message whose meaning has the power to reshape our life.

IN DEEP MOVEMENT DIVES - We breathe, sound, listen, rest into spacious silence, and deepen our capacity for fluid grounded embodiment of our creative envisioning.

MOVING DREAMS - When images come alive inside the wisdom of our bodies, an insight is birthed that effects the original dream, the body, and the dreamer.

This training includes demos of dream tracking, solo, partner and group explorations. We learn the art of dialogue as we enter and speak from different perspectives. These explorations open new vistas and deepen our human incarnation.

This style of dreamwork is inspired by the teachings of Chris Price - Gestalt Awareness Practice, and the perceptual movement work of Hubert Godard with whom Susan co-taught Portals of Perception. This theme is also inspired by John O'Donohue, David Whyte, Mary Oliver, Stephen Harrod Buhner, David Hinton, Michael Meade and Lama Drimed.

We have a lovely quite-experienced group of dreamers coalescing for this year’s adventure, with a wondrous age range of 20s to 80s. We have a strong heart motivation to be responsible and keep our 70 and 80 year-old elders and any of us who might be vulnerable protected.

Given the interactive nature of a Living Dreams workshop, we need to put in place extra precautions to keep each of us as safe as possible. In a dream workshop, there are times we sit close to one another to hear a dream tracking demonstration. During our week together, there is more contact and at times larger interactive expression than there is in a typical Continuum event. Here are the precautions we all need to take.
