Authentic enlivenment does not follow prescribed paths. Through evocative inquiry we listen. We attune. We discover. A wellspring of creativity opens, revealing a rich spectrum of sensations alive with the subtle pulse of life. A primordial intelligence—fluid, responsive, luminous—moves through us, as us.
Through the interplay of breath, sound, and exploratory movement, we invite small, rippling waves to move through the body—torso, pelvis, limbs, hands, and feet—softening layers of holding that shape both body and identity.
Susan offers guided perceptual explorations and experiential principles, to deepen somatic awareness and cultivate the capacity to metabolize and transform life’s challenges.
Together We Explore
- Meeting suffering and cultivating nervous system regulation
- Softening and releasing long-held neuromuscular tension
- Experiencing the body’s natural intelligence through direct, felt awareness
- Refining the compass of the heart to bring forth what you love
- Nurturing a sense of belonging within living fields of relationship
With multi-sensual perception, we can become exquisitely present…deeply related…passionately alive. Participatory wonder, not certainty, becomes the ground of belonging.
We live in challenging times. An embodied worldview rooted in a living cosmology inherently respects all people and all species. From this ground, our capacity for relational intimacy expands—with ourselves, with others, and with the living world. Viscerally and directly, we come to experience ourselves as the movement of love.
Event Format
We will have two Zoom sessions each day. A Continuum journey takes us into an inner intimacy through meditative silence, perceiving intrinsic movements, primal biomorphic expressions, and dynamic play. Susan will also guide rituals and perceptual explorations. There will be time for sharing our experiences and asking questions.

How to Take An Online Course
We use Zoom. You’ll need a computer, iPad or iPhone, and a good internet connection
- Download the latest Zoom app: https://zoom.us/download. It is painless, fast, and free.
- If you have a computer, choose that over the iPad or iPhone, not only will the sound be better but also you can interact more and see more of others.
- For better sound quality, connect to an external speaker.
How do I join online?
You will receive a confirmation email after you pay for the retreat. The Zoom information will be emailed to you closer in time to the retreat. Please do not share this link and Zoom information with anyone else since we want to ensure that the people who are registering for the class will be able to attend.
