Heart of Practical Mysticism
Practical mysticism affirms that all things are sacred and deserving of reverence and respect. We will draw on our innate capacity for our heart’s ability to experience and be touched by Nature. Both are enlivened in this multidimensional field of communion.
How we perceive effects our physical structure, movement, psychological profile and how we relate. We inquire into our core patterns—meeting and healing those that limit us, and enhancing those that bring us openness, connection and depth.
With sensuous attentive touch, primordial sounding, breathing and movement, we deepen in our body/psyche, and are guided by inherent organismic intelligence.
Come tend transpersonal belonging to the elemental intelligences, mythic imagination and the “more-than-human” world. These are portals to soulful, imaginal space.
We enter sacred incubatory time, listening for what is emergent for this time of evolutionary change.
Event Format
Continuum dives include exploratory movement, meditative silence, primordial sounding, and dynamic play. We deepen our felt sense and discover primal non-worded ways of knowing.
This event is for those new to Susan, as well as those with decades of experience, and who are willing to be in paired exercises and communal co-creative ritual.
