In this 5-day online retreat, we participate in a multi-faceted movement range where we dance wildly and tenderly, fiercely and freely, deepen through ritual, and explore intrinsic movement. We use the movement practices of Soul Motion, Open Floor and Continuum Inquiry.
In these polarized and fractured times, we are called to imagine more courageously. We will build resources and awaken courage to simmer in the tension, in the paradox of awe and what is awful. In times of trouble, we learn to listen to the deeper imagination until hidden insights emerge.
Michael Molin-Skelton guides the movement practices of Soul Motion and Open Floor. Here we create a sanctuary where our longings and desires may root, rise, reach, radiate and rest. Through movement and pause, silence and sound, witnessing and being seen, ritual and prayer, we will dance with what is currently moving within us and abide in the arms of the mystery.
Susan Harper guides Continuum explorations where we enliven the fluid dynamics inside our organism. We soften and liberate our body/psyche with aware touch and primordial breaths, sounds and movement.
Susan and Michael, midwives of movement and ritual, will invite you to listen and linger on the potent cusp of your soul’s journey. In this pregnant pause no-thing needs to happen and every-thing is possible.
Event Format
There will be time for questions and answers to refine the process of our soulful inquiry and for sharing our experiences. We will make use of breakout rooms for paired exercises and smaller group dialogues.

How to Take An Online Course
We use Zoom. You’ll need a computer, iPad or iPhone, and a good internet connection
- Download the latest Zoom app: https://zoom.us/download. It is painless, fast, and free.
- If you have a computer, choose that over the iPad or iPhone, not only will the sound be better but also you can interact more and see more of others.
- For better sound quality, connect to an external speaker.
How do I join online?
You will receive a confirmation email after you pay for the retreat. The Zoom information will be emailed to you closer in time to the retreat. Please do not share this link and Zoom information with anyone else since we want to ensure that the people who are registering for the class will be able to attend.
